Ginestra

L'appartamento Ginestra dispone di cinque posti letto (di cui due in divano letto) al secondo piano del grande casale ed è stato completamente ristrutturato nel 2024. E' dotato di aria condizionata.

Ci sono una camera matrimoniale, una cameretta con un letto singolo, un soggiorno con divano letto matrimoniale, un bagno con cabina doccia e un cucinotto.

Vengono forniti la biancheria da letto, da bagno (compresi i teli doccia) e gli asciughini per la cucina. L'appartamento è attrezzato con piatti, posate, tazze, pentolame, tovagliette all'americana.

A disposizione di tutti gli ospiti c'è una stanza lavanderia con due lavatrici.

Il casale è circondato da un ampio spazio verde dove ogni appartamento dispone di un tavolo con ombrellone e barbecue.

The Ginestra apartment has five beds (two are in a double sofa bed) on the second floor of the large farmhouse and has been completely renovated in 2024. It is equipped with air conditioning.

There are a double bedroom, a bedroom with one single bed, a living room with a double sofa bed, a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a kitchen.   

Bed linen, bath linen (including shower towels) and kitchen dryers are provided. The apartment is equipped with dishes, cutlery, cups, cookware, american tablecloths.

Available to all guests there is a laundry room with two washing machines.

The farmhouse is surrounded by a large green space where each apartment has a table with umbrella and barbecue.

Die Ginestra Wohnung hat fünf Betten (davon 2 in Schlafsofa) im zweiten Stock des großen Bauernhauses und wurde im Jahr 2024 komplett renoviert. Sie ist mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet.

Es gibt ein Schlafzimmer mit Ehebett, ein Schlafzimmer mit Einzelbett, ein Wohnzimmer mit Doppelschlafsofa, ein Badezimmer mit begehbarer Dusche und eine Küche.

Bettwäsche, Handtücher (inklusive Duschtücher) und Küchentücher sind vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist mit Geschirr, Besteck, Tassen, Kochgeschirr und amerikanischen Tischdecken ausgestattet.

Alle Gäste haben eine Waschküche mit zwei Waschmaschinen zur Verfügung.

Das Bauernhaus ist von einer großen Grünfläche umgeben, wo jede Wohnung einen Tisch mit Sonnenschirm und Grill hat.
