Cipresso

Il Cipresso è un bilocale con quattro posti letto al piano terra, realizzato in un annesso agricolo situato di fianco al grande casale.

L'accesso alla struttura e il bagno sono stati adeguati alla normativa per l'abbattimento delle barriere architettoniche (dpgr 41/R/2009) e sono pertanto accessibili agli ospiti con disabilità. Ci sono poi una zona letto matrimoniale, un ulteriore letto singolo e un angolo cottura con frigorifero nel locale principale e un vano separato con letto singolo.

Vengono forniti la biancheria da letto, da bagno (compresi i teli doccia) e gli asciughini per la cucina. L'appartamento è attrezzato con piatti, posate, tazze, pentolame, tovagliette all'americana.

A disposizione di tutti gli ospiti c'è una stanza lavanderia con due lavatrici, utilizzabili senza sovrapprezzo.

All'esterno ci sono ampi spazi verdi con possibilità di barbecue.

Cipresso is a two-room apartment with four beds on the ground floor, built in a farm annex next to the large farmhouse.

The access to the facility and the bathroom have been adapted to the rules for the demolition of architectural barriers and are therefore accessible to disabled guests. There are then a double bed area, a further single bed and a kitchenette with fridge in the main room and a separate room with single bed.

Bed linen, bath linen (including shower towels) and kitchen dryers are provided. The apartment is equipped with dishes, cutlery, cups, cookware, american tablecloths.

Available to all guests there is a laundry room with two washing machines, which can be used at no extra charge.

Outside there are large green spaces with barbecue facilities.

Cipresso ist eine Zwei-Zimmer-Wohnung mit vier Betten im Erdgeschoss, in einem Gebäude neben dem großen Bauernhaus gebaut.

Der Zugang zu der Einrichtung und das Badezimmer wurden an die Regeln für den Abbruch von architektonischen Barrieren angepasst und sind daher für behinderte Gäste zugänglich. Es gibt dann ein Doppelbett, ein weiteres Einzelbett und eine Kochnische mit Kühlschrank im Hauptraum und ein separates Zimmer mit Einzelbett.

Bettwäsche, Handtücher (inklusive Duschtücher) und Küchentücher sind vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist mit Geschirr, Besteck, Tassen, Kochgeschirr, amerikanischen Tischdecken ausgestattet.

Zur Verfügung der Gäste gibt es eine Waschküche mit zwei Waschmaschinen, die ohne Aufpreis genutzt werden können.

Draußen gibt es große Grünflächen mit Grillmöglichkeiten.
